Depending on the Type of Vessel, we conduct specific and aimed training session invidious or in seminary. We training crew according the Company requirement, (ISM and Operative manuals etc.)

We carry out periodic in-house training on Safety Management, specific seminars which focus on Human Element, Resource Management on board, Safety at work, Commercial Management Computer technology.

We also utilize external faculty where appropriate to supplement our own internal faculty.

 

Our senior staff on board is encouraged to give effective training to the junior officers so that they in turn can realize their potential. We subscribe to various magazines and videos which are used for on board training and development.
